5 could stay in a studio or one bedroom providing the 5th person is a child age 3 or under or if you have a two bedrooms unit.

We had 5 stay in a room at OKW. The youngest was 6rs. And the rest were adults. It was a one bedroom, which have a king size bed and a pull out couch. Studios would probably do only 4.

Only 4 are allowed in a studio plus one under 3 in the pack-n-play. I don't think you would want to have more in there since the beds are one Queen and one full sized pull out sofa.
