Hello, Yes I was told it is def being sold. It is going to be a multi story car park app but the deal is I was told that The Golden Strand are to be given a certain number of spaces. Whether this happens or not remains to be seen. JR

It was sold for 3,000,000.00 US, that when into the general funding.

I was wondering if anyone could tell me what is going on with Owners that didn't take the buyout are we just out the money or will we get a dollar? LOL!
