Is this resort recovered from Katrina?

Looks like people are going back to New Orleans... is this one open?

Reply May 25 2013: Yes it is recovered from Katrina. The place was above Katrina floodwater levels, and only had some wind damage. I serve as treasurer on the board of directors for Rue Esplanade.
