Isn't Summer Bay an RCI Points resort? Summer Bay Orlando is. If that is so, can't you exchange what you have now for other locations on a vacation by vacation basis? Exchange fee, of courses.

We own there, and it is now Holiday Inn. Do you still own there? We really wanted a buy-out, but that didn’t happen. The resort is beautiful, and a terrific location. But they used harsh sales tactics to try to force us to change from the “week” system to the “point” system. We finally had to get up and walk-out
