Construction at former Radisson Suites next door

Would anyone care to provide an update on what's happening at the former Radisson property? I was suprised/upset when I became aware of the change in ownership during the past summer. Has anyone felt any impact so far (e.g. noise, congestion, etc.) on Charter Club visitors? How long will it go on for? Thanks to all for responding.
