Derr Track Golf Course closing

I was very disappointed to hear that Deer Track Golf Course is now closed. Although we have Platinum Privileges at Indigo Creek we are worried about what will happen to the property the golf course is on and what about the views from our unit. I plan to attend the HOA Annual Meeting on March 9th and would encourage as many owners as possible to attend. I notice that Election of Directors is on the agenda but no names are provided. Members that are unable to attend I would suggest that you give your proxy to another owner. If owners want to be involved in decision making at our resort we must attend HOA meetings and vote. Sharon, I would be surprised if we would have any rights at all with regard to the Deer Track property. I believe it will be developed (but hopefully, professionally). Ken
