Is parking available? Cost?

Yes, parking is available. There are several levels in a parking structure that is under the recreation deck. Every unit gets one parking space and the spaces are unassigned. Each unit is given a parking pass to display in the vehicle.

I don't believe there's a parking fee for people using timeshare units there, but you can check with the Admin Office before going to find out. See http://www.waikikibanyan.org .

I'd like to know if anyone has stayed here lately and the condition of the condos. Some of the pictures I've seen look pretty rough!
