I have owned my timeshare since I purchased it from DIVI, that is the reason I DID purchase. This was back in the 90's, it has since gone through at least 5 different owners , "property managers". I can't , SELL, exchange, use it. They have been updating this property for at least 8 years! I call all of the time and hear the same old story, soon,soon!
My husband passed away 3 years ago and he was NEVER even able to stay at his own timeshare!! We were only there the day we looked at it and bought our week!! I actually needed to send a copy of his death certificate! This is CRAZY. I understand that they are working on the Golf Course, but that shouldn't have ANYTHING to do with us staying there or being able to exchange
