location of Summit vs Summit Hillside?

Since I see you are an owner at Summer Hillside do you have the square footage for the 2 bedroom unit on Eagle Trace

The est square footage of an Eagle Trace AB is 1672.

We being offered the opportunity of owning a 2 bedroom/bathrooms lock-off unit sleeps 12 people at Eagle Trace or a 4 bedroom/4bathroom lock-off @ the Summit.... both floating annual use.... the difference on MF’s btwn them is $278 being the one at the Eagle Trace lower in MF’s (Not sure how many people the one @ the 4/4 accommodate as the seller haven’t get back to me yet....

We are not familiar with Massanutten and need the advise....

I’m also confuse about the amenities

Do owners have to pay for the amenities (water park, tubing slides, etc) Are they not included in your ownership?

what do you deem the best view over the valley and mountains...highest view point....of the Summit condos? Grenoble or , Hillside, Peak? I'll be there Oct 22, 2021 for the color with my kids/grandkids. thanks!
