Thanks for the info. We have alot invested in our timeshare and would like to get what we paid for it. I don't mind paying for someone to sell it, if there for real. So many scams out there.

Only way you would sell for what you paid is if you bought on resale market! Even then you probably lose money depending on your resort. Remember buyers don't care what you paid when it comes to making a deal!

As Phil stated if you bought from a developer there's no way you're going to get, on the resale market, what you paid initially. In this bad economy (depending on supply and demand of the resort and time owned) ..... you may have to give it away as thousands of people have done if you're desperate to be rid of it.
