If RCI is affiliated why doesn't RCI know it!!

We have trade with RCI for our timeshare and they are constantley calling us saying that they have something for us at the destiination that we asked for. BUt, they don't even know if there is ever any opennings at a particular resort. Example the Paradisus in Puerto Rico. They call us, we call them back and it keeps on going around and around. Never able to get a straight forward response to our request from the many different reps that we speek to. Please help us and tell us what we may be doing wrong with RCI. We own also with II and we never have problems!!!

it is now available through rci in january and february for about $600 for a week
