Housekeeping could be better

This is to the staff at Club La Pension, you should have full service houskeeping on a daily basis. Also the units should be kept up to the same standard that the units we are shown when we purchase them. There is quite a difference. I know there have been many diffuculties after Hurricane Katrina, but these are issues that could be dealt with by managment. This would help keep the reputation and value of Club La Pension as high as they should be. We paid good money for these units, and it is managments responsobility to help maintain our investment as well as theirs. One particular gripe of mine on a recent visit to unit 305 was that every door in the unit squeaked badly, get some WD-40 sprayed on these. The carpets also need to be upgraded. We are paying maintenance fees for these things to be done. Each unit brings in over $21300 in annual maintenance fees, use some of it on the units.
