This resort will close with effect of Dec. 31st 2007

I had a week with Club Parque Mesa Del Mar and have only just been made aware that the place has closed. I have been in Oz for the last 2.5 years and continued to send my maintenance fees unaware that it was closing. Was anyone made aware and what can be done about it
