All Inclusive

My husband and I want to trade our 2 bed timeshare for a week at Club Velas Vellarta but, apparently we can only have a studio because we are a couple and to comply with AI all units must be full to capacity. Is this really the case at this resort?

We traded for a one-bedroom a couple of years ago and only paid for two people all inclusive. Be careful of the studios -- the ones I saw were small and didn't have a private balcony. Perhaps there are others with better view etc. The one bdrm was fantastic and had the best balcony and patio furniture I've experienced in a rental.
