parking & fees

I noticed that some have said that extra daily fees were charged. Is this also , if you rent from the owner? Does anyone know what the parking fees are, & if you have to valet park?

No there are no extra fee if rent from owner, Parking fees are $28.00 per 24 hrs, no you dont have to valet park ,On nice days I driver over to 10 ave and 49th street to Skyline hotel parking, they use to charge $18.00 per day ,cant say what they charge now ,has not beento skyline since 2006
