Mexico Timeshare Closing

Hello,

Could someone tell me the procedure with a Timeshare Closing in Mexico - Cabo San Lucas. Do I just need an escrow company or is there a reccomended compnay out there?

Go to the search feature in the right hand corner of this page under 'I want to ....' and enter reputable closing companies that have been recommended by forum members here.

You do not need to attend a timeshare closing or even have to sell it. You can walk away as Mexico only sells vacation clubs. A timeshare is deeded property. Nothing they can do.
