Closing services in Hawaii?

May 19, 2008

Hello,

We have a annual OceanView double-lockoff in the Westin Kaanapali resort and we are planning to put it up for sale. This will be our first sale of a timeshare and would prefer to work through a closing company. Does anyone have any recommendations for a closing company in Hawaii?

Any other advice would also be welcome.

Thanks Matt

Assuming that the buyer will be paying the closing costs (as is usually the case in most timeshare transactions), it really should be the BUYERs' option (and responsibility) to identify, select and hire the closing company of his/her own choice. Unless you intend to pay those closing costs, as the seller you'll probably have little or no say in the actual identifcation of the closing company utilized.
