What season is high? If I buy this timeshare can I use it this feb 13...? When is the first annual upkeep payment due? How do I get details of the agreement with Eagle Point?

I am familiar with this property in general and am somewhat interested. The drawback is that I can only stay 4 nights a year. Can the resort rent the unused days?
