Deed or RTU

Am a bit confused by the postings . Is MBR on a "deeded" or RTU basis? G

It's a 99 year lease . Non-Spain citizens may not "own" properties there.

Its usage through until 2076 is Marriott Marbella Beach Resort. It was an 80 year agreement from when it was built (1996).

So its a RTU ? Some ads for sale say deeded ! ( of course it possible to own as a non resident in Spain.Nany hundreds of thousands do ..see a previous post ) G

The ads on here are posted by the Owner and a lot of Owners don't know the facts. They also don't know how to professionally do the transfer so its best to use a broker or transfer agent with experience. The price will be the same.
