Please update on law suit/resort status

Would someone please update me on the law suit / rebuilding of the resort. Thank you.

Only one section of the facility was actually damaged. That fire damaged north section was completely rebuilt and has long since reopened.

The lawsuit against the insurance company, on the other hand, will likely go on and on for quite some time...

P.S. Nearly 5 years later after my original 2008 post, the matter is still not fully resolved, although all of the court rulings so far have been AGAINST the insurance company and IN FAVOR of the resort.
