has anyone noticed the committe set the years fees at 345euros and converted to £ on the 28/11/08 at £1.18 =£292 for a one bed app, but the invioce is saying £309 minus £17 for early payment =£292, so the £17 is not a bonus reduction for paying by 31/1/2009 its a penalty for not doing so.
