2009 Dues for taxes and Maintenance

Has any owner been informed the new rates for Maintenance and Taxes will be for this year (2009)?

The maintenance dues for 2010 for an every year 1BR is $927!!! I am not happy at all about this. And to think it is just going to go up from here.
