Selling on e-bay

Does anyone have any information on how to sell a timeshare on e-bay? Also, what are the pros and cons of doing this?

has anyone stayed there? and what type of crowd seems to frequent this location ie(age, etc.)how are the rooms? are they updated and clean? how is the surrounding neighborhood?
