What a crap resort!

We've been to a studio for the last 15 years. Maintenance we've paid, but none has gone into our studio. We went 20th Feb 2009 and had to complain about: no towels toilet leaking bed very uncomfortable light bulb not working telephone not working The manhole cover on the patio was raised inches above the rest of the patio and was surrounded by cracked tiles. I am quite sure Health and safety would have condemned it. They take you to a few show appartments to try to get you to invest more cash. Don't. But the reception staff are great. Especially Kieron.
