is all inclusive mandatory and if so how much

Pricing varies depeding on the month, whether there is a holiday ( christmas)etc. Playacar starts around 65 perday and goes up. Caracol starts at 55 per day and goes up I have an elite package, when I book in June for February I am told my rate is 135.00 per day. We are guarenteed the lowest price so by February when I actually go it is usually around 90.00 per day. This was the case last year. Caracol was 80.00 per day in February Hope this helps, could be more specific if I knew the month, they do not have 2010 rates out yet

Typically the all-inclusive fee is not included in the rental price. You would need to contact the owner directly to find out the AI current rate per person and what is included in the fee.
