Krystal is a big Fraud!!

Heather G, me as a customer myself of both latitude 21 resorts and timeshare recyclers, after a lot of investigation I came to the conclution that these are sister companies with Krystal resorts. They convict us customers to a miserable experience full of lies and cheap speeches. The contract, “seems legaloid” but is not. In no way you work as Airbnb, they don’t make promises, and they do a great job of renting ( as a middle company). In your case is the other way around YOU DO CHARGE FOR THE ADVERTISING IN ADVANCE, and you GUARANTEE, to rent the properties, that’s why you charge us those big amount of money, in advance, for nothing! You make us feel arrested, arrested of our time and money! Do the right

thing and give us our money that we hard earned!

I don’t think is a ridiculous comment, actually, since you own more companies ( as per I can understand) then you have a huge inventory of yourself besides Krystal
