A bit more than 3 years ago now, this facility was just a little motel. Then the property was bought out by some investors from the mid-Western U.S. and "reinvented" as an interval ownership "resort". Ownerships are being sold as either "fractionals" (multiple weeks) or, more recently, the purchase of individual weeks (sub-divided out of some of the fractionals) is also an option. Prices are, in my personal opinion, "extremely optimistic" (...to say the least). Adding a two burner stove and a mini-fridge into a motel room does NOT somehow magically transform that motel room into a timeshare "resort" warranting a purchase cost of well in excess of $15k per unit / week. Give me a break.
