First time staying at Playa grande

Hi. We are Disney Vacation Club (DVC) members and are using some of our points for a 7 night stay at the Playa Grande next March. I am in need of which buildings/rooms to request. Right now I am being told that Building A and B are full but Building P on the 5th floor is where our 1 bedroom Luxury Suite will be located. Is this good? I would love an ocean view.

Any other insights, suggestions, and hints would be greatly appreciated.
