With the way the economy is now, it's anybody's guess what any timeshare week is worth in the market place .... it's worth is only what someone is willing to pay for it OR it may be worth nothing (ie: all the $1 timeshares on Ebay with 0 bids) ... even Marriott has suspended ROFR (right of first refusal).

this is not about the value of the timeshare, is about the very generic valuation done on the timeshare.
