Just do a "search" (see under green bar, upper right, this page). Search the words "fixed" or "floating" and you will find the matter discussed and defined over and over again --- ad nauseum.

Click on the "Resources" tab on any RedWeek page then scroll down to "Timeshare Tools" then "Timeshare Glossary". That will help answer a lot of common timeshare terms.
