Inovative Resorts

Has anyone heard of Inovative Resorts? I have my timeshare up for sale and they called and left a message that they have an offer from a buyer. Am looking for some info on them before I call them back. Mike

What they told you is an outright lie, all they want is your upfront fee in the hundreds/thousands dollars .... then all of a sudden the socalled buyer will have backed out or couldn't get financing but the company keeps your upfront fee anyway ... it's part of the modus operandi of upfront fee resale companies.
