Anyone heard of Premier Property Management in Lake Park,FL?

Anyone heard of Premier Property Management in Lake Park,FL? I have encountered the upfront money scam before but they sent me a contract that actually guaranteed selling it in 120 days or GIVE me my money back. All the others that I heard ony gave verbal guarantees and this one put it in writing so I was curious if anyone dealt with them. I also tried searching the web for info but found nothing. Thanks for the info.
