We have a buyer intersted in renting our unit. This is the first time we are doing this and have no clue how to collect payment. Can you please share your ideas.

First you need a contract .... you can 'search forums' for sample rental contracts ..... the contract should spell out the terms of the rental and how payment should be made .... you can word it anyway you wish.
