I have a Marriott Timeshare Newport Coast that I bought in 2003 for plenty of money through Marriott. I have been trying to sell this and lately I get ridiculous emails from people on my listing her at Redweek to offer to pay $1K for mine. I know nobody on Redweek is selling an annual Newport Coast week for nothing, Honestly is it just me? Mine is NOT overpriced. I rent it out for far more than that annually, and have put too much but where are the serious buyers? I know Marriott doesn't sell the timeshares for a pittance, by no means. but I am so sick of this. I really need to sell mine and just don't understand people anymore. Anyone else out there having this experience?
