What happens if...

I've requested information about a timeshare rental that is also for sale. What happens if I rent from this owner for a week in 2013 and the owner ends up selling their timeshare before that? Are they still obligated to me for that week or could I somehow lose my money?

I am a first time Redweek customer, so I am a little nervous about my first transaction!

If you do rent the week that's for sale, you'll need to tell the owner to post 'first usage year is 2014' in his for sale ad. Be sure he does that before you send any money and be sure you have a rental contract in place signed by both you and the owner stipulating the terms of the rental.
