DO NOT rent from James Buffaloe. I had an agreement with him to rent his unit at Westgate Town Center, sent him payment, it was processed on July 18th. I have not received a confirmation. All attempts to contact him have gone unanswered. Looks like out my money. Have never had an issue renting from an owner on redweek before and this is the 10th time I've rented from someone on here.
