reservations for wyndhamat fairfield plantation

How do I go about reserving this resort for the time I have been given? Also, as I live in very close proximity to this resort, I would like to travel to view the resort prior to actually securing a paid vacation there. Is this possible? If so, what are the hours for viewing?
