Maui Month of February

I'm a seasoned Maui visitor, and am looking to buy a time share, but would like to investigate having FOUR weeks on Maui for the month of February EVERY year.

I've contacted one member who's selling her week, but I've been reading about time share skams. I don't want every other year, I want EVERY YEAR.

I also don't want to bounce around from unit to unit to change each week. Advice?
