They guaranteed (both verbal and in the contract) that you would get one of your choices if you picked two of their multiple resorts. We picked the ones that we wanted (and were specifically told the above guarantee would work at) and there was a conference and both filled. Their response was no guarantee...... Mexican law...can't fight
