Want to check out an owner?

I have been working with a private owner. I would like to find out more information about him. How do I go about doing this?

1. You can call the resort telling them you are considering renting from an owner and ask them if the person you're renting from is the actual owner 2. or you can have the owner email you a copy of his/her deed with all private info blacked out 3. or you can ask the owner to send you confirmation that the maintenance fees have been paid for the year that you're considering renting.
