Can I swap my Aruba Surf Club for Ocean Pointe permanantly?

I am an owner at Marriott Surf Club - 2 bedroom lockout gold week. I was wondering if I could exchange ownership with someone who owns in the Marriott Ocean Point in Palm beach shores? Not just for a week, but swap titles to ownership?
