Contract

i just mailed a contract to someone who wants to rent my unit in Aruba. Now, they are asking if I will email them a contract. I have never done that before. I have always mailed the contract to the person who wants to rent it. They in turn mail it back to me with with a 50% deposit. Is this a reasonable request?
