How are listings removed from log?

I recently rented 2 units through Redweek. Now the 1st of those units to be deactivated is no longer listed but the 2nd is still seen. I want to measure supply for specific weeks for next year. Since the log is incomplete - based on the above evidence - where can I find how many units were offered for a week?
