Past rental prices?

Is there a way to check past rental prices? Example. What a week in Jan week 3 went for in 2015 or 2016? Thanks in advance.

Maintenance fees have gone up so a rental in 2015 will NOT be the same amount as in 2016. Our maintenance fees went up 8% this year so the price to rent our unit this year is higher than in 2015.
