Has any owners had the special assessment due to the hurricane 18 months ago?? I have gotten a bill that is due Sept30 or they are cancelling our 2017 reservations

yes and I did pay it by sept 30th deadline. your normal assessment is due on 1/1/2017.

Yes special assessment is a rip off. What happened to the insurance $$$. Prob went right in their pocket and now members are being forced to pick up the tab. Not right but not sure if there is anything that can be done about it. DWS
