NEW CHECK ON LINE DEPOSIT HOW TO USE OUTSIDE USA

I understand a new deposit check system is inplace for transactions to sellers bank.

The system does not allow telephone numbers outside of USA to verify code verification for bank deposit when week is sold.

I live in Japan and have a USA bank account for direct deposits that I used before for RED WEEK Checks cannot be used in Japan as banks do not use checking system totally different system. Since Japan telephone numbers cannot be used at this time DOES ANYBODY KNOW HOW TO VERIFY CODE FOR DEPOSIT LIKE A EMAIL VERIFICATION FOR BANK DEPOSIT.
