change in roll away policy at Harborside resort.

I have owned a unit since sept 10,2001. It was purchased as a premium that slept 5 with a roll away. this year they decided to change the policy to no roll away, and for the first time i was unable to rent my unit as everyone who contacted us wanted at least 5. I am going to seek legal advice, and possibly seek the possiblility of a class action suit against the association. I believe this was a breach of contract on their behalf, and would like to see if others agree. They changed many rules after we bought , including help with sale of unit and rental.
