What type of Vibe is it?

I am a 60yr old full time employee and I consider myself a "people person". And I do have a positive attitude. What I'm trying to say is, is the vibe settling and comfortable or unsettling and uncomfortable. Because I've experienced unsettling/uncomfortable vibes in certain areas(ie Hilton Marina). Are most of the people "friendly" and accommodating?
