I have a question

Hi there- New to this site and looking for some advice. I bought a timeshare 2 years ago- beach front....sun year round and the company just sold the site and has converted me to a property that is not beach front and very seasonal...and in a different country. What are my rights? Company will allow me to walk away but is not willing to prorate purchase price. Doesn't seem fair!!

Ask them to take it back and walk away . Win Win for both of you .

If it is deeded and in the US they could not make the change without you signing the deed. Solution- refuse to unless they pay you. If it is a rtu then they can pretty much do whatever they want. Where was the property and which two companies were involved?
