Buying, Renting, and Selling Timeshares
Have you used RedWeek full-service to sell your deeded timeshare?

I'm looking for relatively recent experiences/insights using Redweek's full-service to sell a Marriott Ko Olina floating-week timeshare. What worked well or didn't work so well?
Since it could take a long time to actually sell the unit, did you also reserve a week for use or rent?
Thank you for any tips!

Hi Liz, I haven’t used RedWeek’s full-service option to sell or transfer Timeshares.
Another alternative is to use a transfer company. These three (especially the first) are frequently mentioned on the Timeshare Users Group (TUG).
LT Transfers http://lttransfers.com
Timeshare Escrow and Title https://timeshareresaleclosings.com
Timeshare Transfer http://timesharetransfer.com/timesharetransfer/default.aspx
Thanks, Tracey.
I also learned that Marriott will buy back, but at a much lower return. And, of course, at a mere fraction of what we paid for it. We weren't even aware of the resale market at the time and we purchased two units...ugh. Beautiful resort, but we overpurchased in more ways than one.
